Born in Poland, 1944, Resides in Vancouver, British Columbia Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, Poland and at the Chicago Arts Institute on a United Stales Department of State Scholarship, graduating with honours is in interior design and textile designs. Studied pre-Columbian textiles at the University of Limo, Peru. Presently instructor in charge of design courses at the School of Home Economics. University of British Columbia. Participated in numerous group exhibitions in Toronto and Vancouver, One-man exhibition at the Merton Gallery, Toronto. Received two awards for best wall- banging and best weaving, Canadian Guild of Crafts (Ontario) (1970 and 1971).
